Gi Group to acquire Axxis Intérim & Recrutement, Axxis Formation and SES Recrutement from Groupe Onet
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Axxis Intérim & Recrutement, Axxis Formation and SES Recrutement, a well-established, Marseille-based French company.
Active for more than 45 years, Axxis operates though 54 branches across France, offering temporary staffing solutions, permanent recruitment and training to more than 1,700 clients.

Gi Group was advised by Blackwood Capital Group. The acquisition has been made with the legal consultancy of Baker McKenzie Paris.
