In this role, being part of the Global D&I Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by leading and participating in the development and improvement of innovative solutions based on Artificial and Augmented Intelligence.

As Global R&D Data Scientist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop neural networks, natural language processing, and other machine learning algorithms for business applications.
• Evaluate the impact of technology-enabled solutions on business value generation.
• Internalize competencies by working side-by-side with third-party vendors.
• Keep the existing solutions relevant and improve them.
• Research and test state-of-the-art AI-related methodologies.
• Ensure the regulatory and code-of-conduct compliance of the solutions to be adopted.

• Master’s Degree in Math, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years’ experience acquired in the role.
• Previous delivery of working AI-based business applications.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of neural networks and deep learning algorithms (e.g., ML, NLP)
• Knowledge of Python programming language for ML, or equivalent.
• Strong interest and motivation to work in an international environment composed by 30 countries.
